Adam and Josh collectively possess over 30 years of invaluable experience as mentors. Their tenure at South Gloucestershire Council has allowed them to engage with children and young adults with diverse needs, stemming from various referalls within the care sector and local schools.

Adam brings with him a strong sporting background, having played semi-professional football and holding a degree in sports education. Similarly, Josh boasts extensive experience in various sports at a high level. These shared passions enable them to effectively connect with and motivate children and young adults who share a keen interest in sports.
​
Both Josh and Adam maintain up to date enhanced DBS certifications. Additionally, they have diligently completed safeguarding and advanced child protection courses and have undergone comprehensive training in first aid and substance misuse.

At our organisation, we take pride in offering a wide array of mentors tailored to the unique needs of each young person. Our mentors possess enhanced DBS checks and extensive experience working with children and young adults in both school and extracurricular settings.

Our diverse cohort of mentors, spanning sports coaching, clasroom expertise, teaching qualifications, and talents in music, football, boxing and beyond, ensures each young person is matched with a mentor who resonates with their unique aspirations.

In our continuous pursuit of excellence, 360 Mentoring has expanded its team to include experienced mentors who share our unwavering dedication to our mission. Our adept mentors have extensive expertise in supporting students with EHCPs, while prioritising the establishment of constructive rapport with service users, enabling us to achieve a diverse range of objectives.
